Return & Refund Policy — Bull and Bear Gym

All sales are final. Bull and Bear Gym does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except under the limited manufacturing defect exception described below. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

No Returns for Change of Mind, Sizing, or Preference

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: incorrect size selected by the customer, dissatisfaction with fit or appearance, change of mind, or any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product description prior to purchase. All apparel is made in-house in limited quantities; we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited stock per size.

Manufacturing Defects — Limited Exception

A claim for a manufacturing defect (e.g., a printing error, torn seam present prior to wear, or defective material) must meet all of the following conditions, at Bull and Bear Gym's sole discretion:

• Reported in writing to Bull and Bear Gym within 3 days of delivery, with the order number, a clear description of the defect, and clear photographic evidence attached.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Requests submitted after 3 days, without photo evidence, or for items that have been worn or washed will not be honored, regardless of circumstance.

Approval of a defect claim is not guaranteed and is made solely at the discretion of Bull and Bear Gym. Approved claims will be remedied via store credit only — no cash, credit card, or original payment method refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

No Unauthorized Returns

No return will be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued, without prior written authorization from Bull and Bear Gym. Any item shipped back to us without an approved return authorization will not be refunded, credited, or returned to the customer, and may be discarded.

Return Shipping

In the rare event a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Bull and Bear Gym is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Final Sale Items

All discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for the defect exception or any other remedy.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All orders are final at the moment of purchase.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Bull and Bear Gym directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Bull and Bear Gym reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to refuse future orders from customers who file disputes without first attempting resolution directly.

Limitation

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Where local law grants consumers rights that cannot be waived, this policy applies to the maximum extent such law allows.

Bull and Bear Gym reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this store constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
